1.Aloe Vera
We all know aloe vera can help heal burns, but the sap from an aloe vera plant can also be used to treat cuts, scrapes and other sores. Simply cutting off a stalk of the aloe vera plant and applying it to the wound every couple hours can significantly reduce healing time.

2.Coconut Oil

Coconut oil can effectively heal wounds due to its amazing antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, moisturizing and healing properties. This has been proven by several studies. Coconut oil can also keep infections at bay and prevent scarring.
Apply extra-virgin coconut oil on the wounded area.
Put a bandage over it to seal in the moisture.
Reapply coconut oil and change the bandage 2 or 3 times a day.
Follow this remedy for several days to prevent scarring.

3.Tea Tree Oil
Tea tree essential oil is one of the best ways to treat a wound to help prevent infection. It is a great antiseptic, antibacterial, antiviral, and antifungal. Tea tree oil is so effective that is can actively attack and eliminate staff infections such as MRSA. The aborigines of Australia used tea tree leaves to heal skin infections and wounds and burns by crushing tea tree leaves and holding them in place with a mud pack. Thankfully, we can just use tea tree oil applied 3-5 times a day to effectively heal our wounds quickly and efficiently.

4.Coffee Powder

You should apply coffee powder on cuts and wounds 3 times daily. Ensure that the wound is dry and protected from water. Close the wound while having bath and doing any activity in which the wound is exposed to water. Coffee is very good for treating sores. Coffee can be used for treating wounds in children. Coffee powder helps in clotting the blood and stopping the blood flow. Coffee contains antibacterial substances that help in healing the wounds.

5.Clean the Wound
Proper cleaning of a wound is important to ensure optimal healing. The easiest way to clean minor wounds is with clean running water.

Use cool water under moderate pressure and a mild soap to wash the wounded area for 10 to 15 minutes. If you do not have filtered water then use boiled and cooled water, or distilled water.

This will help remove as much dirt, debris and bacteria as possible. Plus, the cool water will help lessen the pain. Gently pat the area dry using a clean towel, then cover it with a sterile dressing or bandage.

6.Potato

If you have a wound due to burns, you should put raw potato scrapings on the wound. Potato decreases the pain instantly and promotes healing. Potato contains moisture and extracts heat from the burnt skin. It helps in moisturizing the burnt area. Potato contains many vitamins that help in healing the burnt skin.

7. Turmeric

Turmeric is a natural antiseptic and antibiotic agent that can be used to heal minor wounds and prevent infection. According to a study published in the journal Molecular and Cellular Biochemistry, the curcumin in turmeric improves wound healing by modulating collagen and decreasing reactive oxygen species.
If there is bleeding, you can apply some turmeric powder directly on the wound. Bleeding will stop immediately.
To promote optimal healing, mix 1/2 tablespoon of turmeric in enough linseed (also known as flaxseed) oil to form a paste. Apply it on the wound 2 or 3 times a day to reduce pain and prevent infection.

You can also mix 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder in a glass of hot milk and drink it daily for a few days before going to bed.
