Drink this juice daily on an empty stomach.
2. Eat small, low-carb meals

A glass of sugarcane juice mixed with a teaspoon of lemon juice and salt is also useful.
Along with these home remedies, get regular, mild exercise to promote blood flow. Avoid vigorous exercise and heavy lifting, though. Also, consult your doctor to check if any of your prescription medications are causing the problem.
7.Avoid prolonged exposure to hot water
such as hot showers and spas. If you get dizzy, sit down. It may be helpful to keep a chair or stool in the shower in case you need to sit; to help prevent injury, use a nonslip chair or stool designed for use in showers and bath tubs.
