Hair loss is a common problem that many people experience. Hair primarily constitutes of proteins and amino acids and Eggs are power houses of proteins, vitamins and fatty acids that nourish the hair extensively. Instructions
Making the mask is extremely easy. Simply make a mixture out of egg yolk, olive oil and honey and then massage the mixture formed gently over your scalp and hair. Once you have massaged the mixture over your hair, remember to wrap around a towel over your hair. Take off the towel after 20-30 minutes before rinsing your hair with warm water for best results.

Choline is also a member of vitamin B group that helps to prevent hair loss and baldness. Vitamin B-5 or pantothenic acid is supposed to prevent premature greying of hair.
